Run Course
On the run course you’ll find 2 refreshment stations, approximately 3 kilometre apart from each other.
Every refreshment station consists of three stalls, right behind each other.
You’ll find the exact locations of the aid stations on the course maps.

Trash Zone
Please note that you’re only allowed to throw away your trash in the 200 meters before and after an aid station.
Please do not litter the remainder of the course.
In case you are spotted throwing away your materials – like cups, sponges, drink bottles,
or empty gels – elsewhere, you risk a penalty. This applies to both the bike and the run course.
